Trend Board 9 - Lights! Makeup! Action!

For this board, we were assigned to create a hair & makeup look that may be seen on the runways or high-fashion photo shoot. I like the crazy, big hair look with either full girls or a frizzy puff. Light makeup, soft pink lips with a neutral-pink shadow and a hint of gold. I'd imagine the clothes were pretty, feminine, and classic with muted colors. A range of the color palette on the nails

Trend Board 8 - Sunny Days Ahead

For this board we were instructed to create something summer/beachwear inspired. I chose to create a look for a beautiful woman spending the day on her wealthy family’s yacht, or perhaps sailing with the love of her life! The white lace romper keeps the look feminine and flirty, but prevents any wind mishaps (i.e. a skirt/dress flying up).  I wanted to keep the feeling nautical with the wooden earrings, yellow rope necklace, and red patent cork platform shoes. Oversized sunglasses are a must!

Trend Board 7 - Style Kaitlyn for NFW

This looks was created for my beautiful friend Kaitlyn, while attending some of the Nashville Fashion Week events. I kept her comfy with some dark, distressed skinny jeans. Since Kaitlyn usually steers away from colors, I decided to push her a little with this flowy, coral-colored top (which looks great with her brown hair, btw!). I gave the look some interest with the gold necklace, and nude peep-toe pumps with some intricate gold accents.
